Refunds & Exchanges

TatiRocks, Inc Return Policy: All Custom items are non-returnable. This includes specialized items in length and metal, all belly chains, all body chains, all rings, and all custom head chains. Items must be returned in its original packaging within 3 business days of its arrival. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be granted. Any item that is damaged upon return will not be refunded. International orders are non-refundable. Shipping and handling for returned items is the buyer's expense. Thanks!
