INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders are shipped USPS First class mail. This does NOT include a tracking number or insurance. If youwould like a tracking number, it is and additional $11.50. If you are ordering multiple items or items of value, it is a good idea to at least get a tracking number. Once I ship, I am not reponsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order exceeds $150, I will include a tracking number at no charge.
Refunds & Exchanges

TatiRocks, Inc Return Policy: All Custom items are non-returnable. This includes specialized items in length and metal, all belly chains, all body chains, all rings, and all custom head chains. Items must be returned in its original packaging within 3 business days of its arrival. Upon reciept and inspection of the item, a refund will be granted. Any item that is damaged upon return will not be refunded. International orders are non-refundable. Shipping and handling for returned items is the buyer's expense. Thanks!
